Bardagoriya temple (बर्दगोरिया) is also known as Baba Bardagoriya Dham located in sunawal-11 kerwani, Nawalparasi district. Baba Bardagoriya and Mamisati Sabaria, although the two names sound different but the history of both temples is based on the same legend. In front of the temple, there is a historical Amar pokhari (pond) and another temple connected to this temple is Mamisati Sabaria temple which is located in Sunwal-11 Bhandari.
People come from different parts of the country visits the temple of Bardagoriya. Devotees come here throughout the year for worship. The big fair is held here on the day of Haritalika Teej. People from different parts of Nepal and also from Bihar, Dehradun, Kanpur, Lucknow etc in India visit here. Similarly, there will be devotees during Bala Chatudashi, Shivratri and the month of Shrawan.
